When the thought of someone becomes narcotic but it doesn't get you off or out of your mind

There is run down abandoned store near where I live with such profound graffiti on it such as 'effect!' and 'G ROLLS' written on its brickwork. I think I might start painting on it when I can, I'd even ask the council for permission if that would work. I want to share with this place something it is missing. I want to give it a soul.
